- Hands-on experience building with AI and agent tools
- Experience launching complex products or partnerships
- Ability to connect ecosystem opportunities to customer problems
- Experience building relationships with technology platforms, AI companies, or developer communities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, legal, and go-to-market
- Strong written and verbal communication
