## Required

- Associate's degree or equivalent plus 3 years of related experience
- Basic Mechanic level performance
- Knowledge of electrical theory and ability to perform electrical calculations
- Proficient in reading electrical drawings and identifying components
- Ability to troubleshoot using electrical instruments and circuit knowledge
- Ability to install and maintain relays, photo-eyes, limit switches, proximity switches, solenoid valves, motors, starters, VFDs, PLC I/O modules, and safety circuits
- Ability to install and maintain metal detectors, checkweighers, date coders, and case coders
- Basic proficiency with RSLogix and RSLinx software
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code, NFPA 79, NFPA 70E, and General Mills Standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform extended physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting
- Ability to climb and work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, or platforms
- Ability to wear PPE including safety shoes, glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, and gloves
- Adherence to food manufacturing grooming requirements
- Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, and wet conditions
- Ability to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery
- Ability to work with potential allergens in food environment
- Willingness to work 2nd shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old

## Nice to have

- Licensed industrial electrician (required within 2 years of start date)
