## Required

- 6+ years of product management experience
- Cross-functional collaboration across teams
- Track record shipping consumer products with business impact
- Strong point of view on AI applications in consumer healthcare
- Fluency with AI agents and AI-native workflows as default operating mode
- Strategic and tactical range in vision-setting and scalable process design
- Strong communication and low-ego, high-EQ interpersonal style
- Clear written communication for fully remote collaboration

## Nice to have

- Experience in health or wellness
- Experience building category-defining 0-to-1 products
