## Required

- 3+ years in data science or quantitative analytics focused on forecasting or time-series modeling
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn) and SQL in large-scale data environments
- Hands-on experience building, validating, and deploying time-series or demand forecasting models in production
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into analytical questions and sound hypotheses
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence through data storytelling for non-technical and senior stakeholders
- Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments including high-stakes operational windows
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, or related quantitative field

## Nice to have

- Experience designing and interpreting A/B/n experiments and applying causal inference methods (propensity score, difference-in-differences, synthetic control)
- Familiarity with AI/ML or GenAI techniques applied to forecasting problems including performance measurement
- Experience defining metrics and KPIs across multiple lines of business or broad portfolios
- Exposure to workforce management, capacity planning, or contact-center demand forecasting
