## Required

- 5+ years relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree
- ability to provide sophisticated legal counsel on product development and commercial matters
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work with regional teams globally

## Nice to have

- 6+ years work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years with an advanced degree
- valid state license to practice law or ability to become registered in-house counsel
- 6+ years post-JD work experience
- combination of in-house and law firm experience
- J.D. degree or international equivalent
- prior experience in payments, financial services, technology, or fintech
- transactional background with commercial agreement drafting and negotiation experience
- financial regulatory experience
- ability to work independently and directly with business clients at all levels
- practical and creative problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
- knowledge of privacy and competition laws
- ability to manage complex business initiatives in the U.S. and internationally
