- Working knowledge of AWS core services and networking/security fundamentals
- Track record delivering projects that improved reliability, performance, or developer productivity

- Familiarity with GitOps workflows and CNCF ecosystem tools
- Experience with Argo, Helm, Backstage, or Envoy
- Curiosity about AI as a force multiplier for infrastructure work
