## Summary

Lead the operational and technical infrastructure for Supabase's rapidly scaling Partnerships function, designing systems, processes, and internal tools that enable data-driven decision-making across technology, solution, and cloud partnerships. This is a hands-on role combining strategic input on partner strategy with hands-on ownership of the tech stack, automation, and analytics that keeps the partnerships organization running efficiently.

## Required

- 7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or related ops function with program design experience at scale
- Proven ownership of partner or revenue tech stack with build/buy/migrate decision-making
- Comfort operating as operational voice in executive-level meetings and board preparation
- Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code
- Understanding of partner economics including rev share modeling and partner LTV
- Track record of shaping strategic decisions and pressure-testing plans
- Experience managing small teams or cross-functional dotted-line relationships
- Excellent written communication and ability to turn ambiguity into clear frameworks

## Nice to have

- Experience with HubSpot custom partner objects and multi-touch attribution
- Familiarity with Clazar for cloud co-sell
- Experience with Linear for project management
- Background in developer-tools or platform business with partner-driven GTM
- Prior experience building internal tools or scripts
