- Experience partnering with Sales teams to drive meeting generation and pipeline outcomes
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and ability to operate independently
- Creative thinking and passion for building memorable, high-quality experiences
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Willingness to travel 30-40% for events and onsite execution
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and residence in the United States
