## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise initiatives
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing enterprise-wide communication strategies
- Experience communicating with geographically dispersed, frontline, and deskless workforces
- Experience leveraging communication analytics, audience segmentation, and engagement measurement
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, organizational culture, and change management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, intranet platforms, and survey technologies
- Authorized to work in the US
- Pass criminal background check

## Nice to have

- Experience in aviation, hospitality, transportation, or other complex industries
- Experience partnering with Human Resources and Culture & Engagement teams
- Experience implementing employee communication platforms, digital workplace initiatives, and listening programs
