- Understanding of integrated traffic solutions and traffic management stakeholders
- Knowledge of traffic management hardware including cameras, barriers, signage, CCTV systems
- Experience with HSE Roadside Repair guidance and Highways Electrical Registration Scheme
- Experience with adaptive traffic signal control systems and traffic analytics platforms
- Experience selling services and systems in Salesforce or equivalent
- Track record securing large contract sales with multi-million dollar deal closure
- Account management experience
- Complex sales management with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage capture teams
- Client relationship building and maintenance skills
- Deal negotiation and shaping abilities
- Marketing, engineering or management qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated and able to make substantial independent decisions
- Willing to travel internationally as required
