## Required

- 10+ years in product management
- 5+ years in senior product leadership role (VP, SVP, or equivalent)
- B2B SaaS experience in Media or Ad Tech
- Direct Ad Tech experience
- Experience with OMS or adjacent systems
- Track record delivering innovative products including AI-driven features
- Commercial involvement with direct customer and prospect presentations
- Enterprise or upper-mid-market B2B experience in media or publishing
- People leadership experience building and growing product manager teams

## Nice to have

- Experience identifying where AI creates real customer value versus distraction
