- Extensive production software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, and orchestration patterns

- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to partner directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and redesign workflows
- Proven ability to influence organizational change through hands-on engagement
- Experience mentoring technical talent through real-world projects
- Understanding of responsible AI, governance, risk management, and production monitoring

## Nice to have

- Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent platforms
