## Required

- 3+ years maintenance, planning, or technical experience in manufacturing
- Associate's degree in a related technical field or equivalent
- Ability to coach and manage others
- Critical thinking and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of reliability methods and asset management
- Ability to manage short-term and long-term maintenance strategies

## Nice to have

- BS degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- Lean Manufacturing and TPM experience
- SAP-PM or similar CMMS experience
- Food and beverage manufacturing background
- Third-party maintenance services management experience
- Understanding of industrial control systems
- Capital project management experience
