## Required

- 2+ years experience in related field
- Associate degree in Electronics Technology or closely related technical field, or equivalent skilled trades/military training
- Ability to operate lathe, milling machine, drill press, and grinder
- TIG and MIG welding proficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints and measuring devices
- Cut, square, mill, tape and bore materials
- Work with metal and plastic
- Strong document organization and technical research skills
- Verbal and written communication with team members

## Nice to have

- Industrial maintenance or automation experience
- Electrical and mechanical experience
- SAP Maintenance proficiency
