- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Petroleum Engineering, or related engineering/business discipline
- Minimum 8 years of related experience
- Experience developing financial models and performing asset valuations or transaction analyses
- Experience in corporate development, business development, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or management consulting
- Knowledge of upstream oil and gas industry
- Experience evaluating joint ventures, partnerships, or complex transaction structures
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, taxation, commodity pricing, or capital markets concepts applicable to upstream oil and gas

## Nice to have

- Master of Business Administration or other advanced degree in related field
- International oil and gas experience including asset evaluation and transactions outside the United States
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Microsoft Access, ARIES, Tableau, Spotfire, GIS, or statistical programming tools such as SAS, SPSS, Stata, or R
