- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 7+ years of product engineering experience
- Proficiency in data mining and statistical analysis using STDF
- Experience mapping wafer sort and parametric data to E-test results
- Ability to interpret scan diagnostics and SRAM bitmap analysis
- Understanding of semiconductor test methodologies
- Experience with new product introduction and technology qualification
- On-site work at Samsung Austin Semiconductor facility

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Ability to develop or maintain automation scripts in Python, C, or Java
- Experience with JMP or Spotfire for statistical analysis
