- Licensed attorney in good standing
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status
- Experience negotiating and drafting complex government and commercial contracts
- Ability to manage a small legal team
- Experience with licensing and software agreements

## Nice to have

- Prior in-house legal experience in space or defense
- Experience with FAR/DFARS and supporting US Government programs
- Expertise with teaming arrangements and subcontract negotiations
- Experience with NOAA, FCC, and/or NASA for satellite licensing
