- 5–8 years in solutions engineering, technical account management, or programmatic ad operations
- deep understanding of programmatic supply chain including bid mechanics and deal structures
- direct experience with major DSPs (Amazon, TTD, DV360, Viant, Basis or equivalent)
- hands-on proficiency with ad serving platforms including deal setup and log-level troubleshooting
- strong grasp of audience data architecture and segmentation flows
- experience with measurement and attribution methodologies
- ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive cross-functional projects
- excellent communication skills for agency leadership and technical debugging

## Nice to have

- experience in audio, podcast, or broadcast advertising
- familiarity with Salesforce, Operative AOS, or order management systems
- SQL proficiency and experience building dashboards or reporting pipelines
- experience on publisher-side ad tech teams or media companies
- prior experience in player-coach or team lead capacity within solutions engineering
