## Required

- 3+ years in inventory management, supply chain operations, warehouse systems, or 3PL operations
- Direct experience coordinating with 3PL providers or warehouse teams
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and at least one WMS or 3PL system
- Experience reconciling system inventory to physical stock and investigating discrepancies
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Clear communication and ability to coordinate across internal and external teams
- Willingness to travel to Louisville, KY warehouse at least once per week

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with ERP-to-WMS integrations
- Experience with cycle counts and variance analysis
- Ability to run basic SQL queries like Snowflake queries
