- Experience with vulnerability triage, bug bounty, disclosure, or incident response
- Ability to balance urgency with pragmatism
- Leverage AI tools for software development
- Startup experience in ambiguous environments
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco or already based there
- Preference for in-person work

## Nice to have

- Experience with React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS
- Experience building agentic products in production
