## Required

- 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Experience designing or rebuilding FP&A processes
- Experience partnering with accounting on close (budget vs actual, accruals, variance analysis)
- Experience with NetSuite, Looker or comparable BI tool, and a modern planning/EPM platform
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience building and presenting executive-level materials

## Nice to have

- Prior people-management experience
- MBA or CPA
