- Experience integrating SAP Finance with Sales & Order Management
- Ability to design scalable solutions in large enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting both SAP implementations and production operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field

## Nice to have

- Multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA 1909 or higher
- Knowledge of SAP best practices for finance transformation and automation
- Experience in fast-paced enterprise environments with cross-functional teams
