## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related field, or Master's degree with 3+ years experience
- 5+ years supply chain management or manufacturing/packaging support experience
- GXP compliance and business process execution experience
- 3+ years working with SAP Production Execution and Master Data (BOMs, Recipes, ECM)
- Knowledge of quality management and warehouse management processes
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Risk identification and escalation capability
- Hands-on SAP experience in supply chain modules

## Nice to have

- Expertise in system and business process design and optimization in pharmaceutical or life sciences
- Large-scale SAP implementation support experience
- SAP PI sheets and clinical packaging process experience
- Hands-on business process experience
