This role designs the operational blueprints that power Zillow's sales and customer success workflows, translating business requirements into process models that engineering and product teams build against. ## Required

- 5–8 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with process and systems design focus in SaaS or technology
- Track record of designing and shipping GTM workflows with post-launch measurement
- Working knowledge of Salesforce architecture: objects, relationships, record types, flows, automation logic
- Ability to translate process designs into business requirements for CRM admins, product, and engineers
- Systems thinking to anticipate ripple effects of process changes on data quality and behavior
- Data fluency with SQL or BI tools to validate workflow data quality and adoption

## Nice to have

- Exposure to AI or automation tools in a GTM context
- Familiarity with broader GTM tech stack at workflow level (Gainsight, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Highspot)
- Experience operating at the boundary between strategy and execution with pragmatism
