## Required

- Associate degree or technical certification or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years assembling complex electromechanical or electronic hardware
- Read engineering drawings and assembly instructions
- Soldering and cable assembly skills
- Use of hand tools and shop equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assembly issues
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. personnel security clearance
- Eligible to obtain ITAR authorization

## Nice to have

- Prototype hardware development experience
- PCB rework and fine-pitch soldering experience
- PLM or ERP systems familiarity
- Experience with fabrication equipment
- IPC certification
- Aerospace, defense, robotics, or industrial hardware program experience
