- 5+ years of creative or content production experience

- Strong understanding of production workflows, studio operations, and post-production
- Business acumen with budget management and vendor negotiation experience
- Ability to influence partners and drive cross-functional alignment
- Flexible to travel as needed
- Regular onsite work at Winter Street Studio in Minneapolis
