## Required

- 10+ years progressive leadership and operations management
- Experience managing multi-partner or outsourced service delivery ecosystems
- Built and managed vendor governance frameworks at scale
- Proven success with SLA management and partner accountability
- Experience leading service delivery operations with quality control design
- Track record influencing cross-functional stakeholders including product and legal
- Led organizations through significant change and operating model transformation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to senior audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
