- Bachelor's degree in life science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in product development, R&D, operations, or life science consumables
- 3+ years project management experience including at least one product development program to launch
- Experience running stage-gate/design control in regulated manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and MS Project or equivalent scheduling tool
- On-site attendance in Torrance, CA as business needs require

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree
- PMP certification or equivalent formal PM training
- Experience applying Lean and DBS tools (VPM and PSP)
- Previous project delivery experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or separations/chromatography consumables
- Experience with risk reduction and translating voice of customer into product requirements
