## Required

- 15+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, Talent Operations, or related complex People function
- 5+ years leading teams across both employee and candidate lifecycle operations
- Experience designing or scaling global People Operations or Talent Acquisition Operations at companies of varying sizes
- Leadership and team development across multiple operational disciplines
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle operations, recruiting operations, HR compliance, HR systems, and recruiting systems
- Experience with Greenhouse or equivalent recruiting system including workflows, approvals, and reporting
- Experience improving operational controls, documentation, self-service, and data quality at scale
- Experience designing or managing integrations across HR systems and connected People tools
- Ability to partner effectively with Legal, Finance, IT, Payroll, HRBPs, Recruiting, and business leaders
- Sound judgment handling confidential employee and candidate information and compliance matters
- Strong program management, prioritization, change leadership, and executive communication skills
- Ability to use data and operational metrics to diagnose issues and measure outcomes

- Experience with international operations and compliance across multiple countries
