## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of directly related experience
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
- Ability to research and prepare disclosures for new accounting standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency

## Nice to have

- CPA certification
- Experience with SEC reporting tools (Workiva/Wdesk)
- Experience with ERP/consolidation systems (OneStream)
- Big 4 accounting firm background
