## Required

- Passed at least one room-specific practical exam
- Safe and efficient equipment operation
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with computers, tablets, and basic software
- Lift and lower up to 50 pounds
- Willing to wear required PPE
- Willing to comply with GMP appearance standards
- Work Friday to Monday 6AM-4:30PM shift

## Nice to have

- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or TPM
- Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards
- Experience with equipment HMIs
- Previous forklift experience
- 1+ years food production or manufacturing experience
