- 4+ years of product legal experience at a software company
- Experience counseling product and engineering teams through development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of cloud services, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and global regulatory requirements
- Can form and communicate a legal position under time pressure
- Ability to independently manage and negotiate technology agreements
- Proven track record at hyper-growth companies
