- Strong distributed systems and networking foundation
- Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Observability and reliability tooling expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

## Nice to have

- Experience designing or scaling AI Ops and autonomous remediation capabilities
- Operating experience in regulated fintech, banking, or payments environments
