- 6+ years in analytics, governance support, enterprise reporting, portfolio operations, business operations, or Project Management Office support
- Direct experience building integrated reporting, scorecards, portfolio views, or decision-support outputs
- Direct experience supporting enterprise governance or prioritization rhythms, including tracking decisions and actions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Tableau experience
- Strong Power Apps, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly
- Working knowledge of low-code or no-code tools for workflow and reporting automation

## Nice to have

- Background in Human Resources, Project Management Office, operations, analytics, finance, or similar settings
- Interest in learning and applying new tools including AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation
