- Advanced instructional design expertise including learning objectives, curriculum architecture, and assessment strategy
- Experience designing training for technical enablement audiences such as Sales Engineers or Partners
- Ability to work with highly technical stakeholders and quickly understand complex subject matter
- Experience designing learning across multiple delivery modalities including eLearning, ILT, VILT, and workshops
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously translating business and technical objectives into learning solutions

## Nice to have

- Prior experience as a Sales Engineer, technical pre-sales professional, or solutions consultant
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, data, or AI domains
- Experience designing applied technical learning such as labs, simulations, or certification paths
- Experience building scalable curriculum frameworks or competency models
- Familiarity with enablement platforms like Highspot, Docebo, Rise, Synthesia, or Articulate
