- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent work experience
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism

- Experience supporting employees or administering leave programs in Oregon
- Experience with leave or accommodation vendors and program implementations or transitions
