- F-89 Fire Safety Director Certificate of Fitness
- S12 Citywide Sprinkler Systems Certificate of Fitness
- S13 Citywide Standpipe System Certificate of Fitness
- P98 Fuel Oil Piping & Storage Systems Certificate of Fitness
- A35 Operation and Maintenance of Air Compressors Certificate of Fitness
- P99 Low Pressure Oil Burner Operators Certificate of Fitness
- B29 Supervision of Battery Systems Certificate of Fitness
- S95 Supervision of Fire Alarm Systems Certificate of Fitness
- Proficiency with Class E fire alarm systems
- HVAC troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills
- Knowledge of water treatment for closed-loop and house water systems
- Experience with Building Management Systems
- Minor plumbing repair experience
- Proficiency with Windows PC, Microsoft Office, and work order software
- Ability to work flexible hours and various shifts including overnights and call-outs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors
