- 4+ years in enterprise software, platform engineering, or solutions architecture
- Write production-quality code independently in Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Go, or similar
- Build and ship working integrations and prototypes in customer repositories
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor
- Guide customers in DevOps, CI/CD, and modern release practices
- Experience delivering across the full SDLC in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Linux and container experience
- Willing to travel 20%

## Nice to have

- Understanding of Model Context Protocol or similar tool-augmented/agent-based approaches
- Experience with feature management and experimentation platforms
