- API integration experience
- Custom automation and scripting using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
- Workflow automation and business process optimization expertise
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Strong written documentation and communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences)
- Compliance-based training program support experience
- Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or SQL reporting experience
