## Required

- 2+ years production or manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Operate processing equipment (mills, classifiers, dryers)
- Monitor and control process parameters
- Perform equipment inspections and minor maintenance
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
- Lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs
- Stand for up to 12 hours per shift
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures
- Material handling equipment operation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Work in outdoor environment in all weather conditions
