## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
- 8+ years progressive experience in Quality Engineering, Global Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations
- 3+ years direct management or leadership experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485
- Knowledge of GD&T and advanced metrology tools
- Expertise in statistical analysis and root-cause analysis methodologies
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%
- Authorization to work in the USA

## Nice to have

- Master of Science in Manufacturing Leadership, Industrial Engineering, or MBA
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB)
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP)
- Experience managing quality in complex hardware ecosystems such as robotics, automotive, aerospace, or advanced consumer electronics
