- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams
- Project and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Willing to travel up to 50% including domestic and occasional international travel

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of inventory optimization, supply planning, and reverse logistics
