## Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting
- Expertise and certification in Okta Auth0, Omada, or One Identity
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements
- Willingness to travel to client sites across the Netherlands

## Nice to have

- Fluent Dutch
- Certifications in SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, or PingIdentity
- Knowledge of SABSA or TOGAF frameworks
- CompTIA Security+ certification
