- Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience
- Client or stakeholder management experience
- Ability to analyse large datasets and synthesise findings
- Strong analytical rigour and attention to detail
- Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking
- Experience with data analytics software such as SQL databases or languages like SQL, Python, or R
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Manage competing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective English communication

## Nice to have

- Data visualisation tools experience such as Tableau or Power BI
- Big data ecosystem experience with Hadoop, Impala, Hive, or PySpark
- Task or workstream management in collaborative team environments
- Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
- Banking industry expertise
