## Required

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions
- OSHA compliance
- Physical capability to lift, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel

## Nice to have

- Experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Experience with AC wiring
- Site construction experience and construction safety familiarity
