- 4-6 years industrial maintenance experience with conveyors and controls in distribution or manufacturing
- Experience with pneumatics, AC/DC motors, and industrial electrical systems
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift certification
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting proficiency
- System expertise in at least one area (Pick Module, VAS, Shipping Sorter)
- Work effectively under competing priorities
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Leadership ability to influence others
- Project planning and management skills

## Nice to have

- OSHA compliance knowledge
