- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years relevant industry experience
- Background in datacenter networking and network automation
- Strong proficiency in Python and Go
- Experience building production-quality software products
- Experience with DCIM tools like Netbox or Nautobot
- Expertise designing network configuration management systems
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and streaming telemetry protocols

## Nice to have

- Experience architecting and deploying networks at 1000+ machine scale used by hundreds of engineers
- Hands-on tooling and automation for network infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and management
- Understanding of advanced networking technologies including VRFs, VxLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF, and ISIS
- Knowledge of datacenter network design
