## Required

- 8+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience
- Experience leading enterprise forecasting, planning, and financial consolidation processes
- Advanced financial modeling skills including scenario planning and revenue forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to build driver-based forecasting models
- Experience with ERP, planning, and reporting tools (Oracle, Essbase, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, or similar)
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Direct management and people leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience analyzing category, channel, customer, or product performance in consumer products or retail
