## Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or highly quantitative field
- 5+ years production software engineering experience
- 3+ years designing and deploying complex machine learning or autonomous systems
- Mastery of Python and scientific libraries
- Production MLOps expertise with CI/CD pipelines for ML models
- Strong understanding and practical application of reinforcement learning or planning algorithms
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs in production
- High-quality, maintainable, scalable production code
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
- Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes)

## Nice to have

- Experience with inverse reinforcement learning or advanced control theory methods
- Knowledge of human-agent interaction modeling
- Familiarity with cognitive science or behavioral economics principles
- Experience building simulation environments for agent testing
