## Required

- 2+ years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or related function
- Experience identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks in regulated or structured environments
- Knowledge of enterprise risk and control frameworks
- Ability to develop policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans
- Experience maintaining risk registers and tracking mitigation actions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across organizational functions

## Nice to have

- Experience with risk reporting dashboards and tools
- Background in internal or external audit processes
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks
